Attitude towards Profession

1. Dress code Full sleeve shirt, shoes are mandatory.
2. Every student is advised to maintain CLEAN SHAVE before entering the classroom.
   • Nobody will be allowed in the classroom if they do not follow the rules 2 & 3.

Commitment Maintenance

3. In case of failure in paying the tuition fees on the due date, late payment charge of 3 % of the due fees per day will be applicable from the due date.
4. If any student fails to pay the fees within 7 days of his due date, the registration will be cancelled within a week. Thereafter, if he / she wants to re-join then the student has to pay the Registration fees (2700/-) + late fine (according to the number of days) + Installment fees as well.
   • Those students who have their tuition fees to pay within 25th to 30th or 31st, they are advised to clear their fees in the same month.
   • If it is shifted to next month to pay the fees then you have to pay late fine as per our norms and the registration will also be cancelled.

Awareness

5. If a student is unable to attend any class the authority shall not be responsible for the backlog.
6. Schedule of the classes will be notified through FUTURE GUIDE WhatsApp Group.

Discipline

7. There will be a break for 15 minutes between every classes.
8. If once the tuition fees is paid that will not be refunded for the discontinuation of the classes in any circumstances.
9. Every student’s classroom activity will be monitored by the management and if any indisciplinary activity is found, the management has the right to take necessary action for the incident against the student.
10. Students are advised to learn more for the final selection; we will help for the development of knowledge for an Employment. We are not an Employer, but a Guider. We only provides interviews as per the preparation of the students.
11. If any student / candidate receives offer for job / placement during the training period, he / she should pay the total outstanding for which he / she agreed to pay as fees, if he/she will fail to do accordingly within 24 hours then he/she has to pay extra 2% of his/her total outstanding per day as a fine.
12. A) Job selection is done after many official procedures with the concerned company. So after getting the information of job selection from FUTURE GUIDE or from the concerned company no candidate can refuse or reject the selection. In case of any refusal or rejection of any selection the candidate will be provided only one another scope. If the candidate refuses or rejects the second scope or selection, the candidature of that student shall be cancelled from FUTURE GUIDE with immediate effect.
    B) If once job offer letter is issued to any candidate and the candidate refuses the job, the candidate will be expelled from FUTURE GUIDE without any future scope as well as his/her candidature will be permanently cancelled.
13. All students have to maintain 85% attendance in every month, if fail to maintain 85% attendance, they will not be eligible for any interviews provided by the Institution and also, they may not get CERTIFICATE after completion of training program.
14. Students of Future Guide are going to engage with 90 days (Weekly 3 days) classroom and outdoor training program as well as will get interviews opportunity from the date of Admission, Future Guide will remain committed for additional 30 days (Weekly 3 days) to provide the interview opportunity to ensure placement Co-operation with no extra charges. The minimum classroom charges amount 500/- have to pay monthly basis, after completion of 120 days from the date of Admission.

General

15. After completion of the three months training program, if any student discontinues his/her attachment with FUTURE GUIDE without sending any mail or any written information regarding his/her absence, then the studentship shall remain valid only for another 3 months.
    • After 3 months (total 6 months) if he/she wants to restart his/her studentship & wants to get any opportunity, he/she shall have to take new admission in the same course again.
16. Students are strictly advised to follow only the official “WhatsApp Group” of “Future Guide”.
    • “Future Guide” shall not entertain any other “WhatsApp Group” for any reason in the name of FUTURE GUIDE or related to that.
17. After getting the opportunity if a student is unable to maintain his/her employment with the concerned pharmaceutical company for any reason, “Future Guide” shall not be liable for that.
18. Every student is liable to do “Testimonial Video”, “Certification” & other final documentations after getting the opportunity to complete his/her final process, before attending your first interview, you have to pay rs 500/- as caution money, after getting the job you will have to complete your testimonial in future guide and then the above said caution money (rs 500) will be paid back to you.
19. Any anti-organizational discussion/posting/provocation shall not be tolerated & if it happens then necessary legal actions shall be taken against him/her.

Student Declaration — Acceptance of Revised Placement Policies

I, a bona-fide student of FUTURE GUIDE, do hereby declare that I have clearly understood the facts and figures presented by the institution, based on the current industrial conditions. I fully acknowledge and accept the guidance provided by the institution for my personal professional development. I also hereby express my full support and allegiance to the institution.

Change in Recruitment Norms: Pharmaceutical marketing companies are currently undergoing significant structural changes in their recruitment procedures, policies, and expectations.

Emphasis on Professionalism and Character: Employers are not only focusing on the professional competence and skill set of candidates but are placing equal importance on their character and professional attitude.

Responsibility of Future Guide: To foster professionalism among students and to uphold the integrity of its placement services, Future Guide is implementing necessary changes to its placement policies and terms. These changes aim to instill a disciplined and responsible professional approach among all students.

Revised Policies:

1. Choice Line Limitations Prior to Interview: Each student will be permitted to select a maximum of two choice lines prior to the interview. No third option will be entertained. If a student rejects all three options provided by the organization, it will be deemed as a clear lack of professional intent, and such students will be disqualified from student status at Future Guide.
2. Post-CV Send and Post-Interview Conduct: If a student's CV is sent and they do not attend the INTERVIEW, or if they attend an interview but subsequently fail to join the selected company, their student status will be terminated in both cases. This is because such failure affects Future Guide’s credibility, potentially preventing future students from being considered by that employer.
3. Accountability for Unprofessional Conduct: If a student loses their placement opportunity due to their own unprofessional actions, Future Guide will not entertain any attempts to transfer responsibility or shift blame. Future Guide shall not be treated as a third-party intermediary in such cases.
4. Re-engagement Policy: No further assistance shall be provided to any student without a newly signed agreement document acknowledging and accepting these revised conditions.

These revisions are final and binding, intended to maintain the professional standards expected by the industry and safeguard the interests of all responsible and committed students.
